Hi! I'm Quynh Nguyen (or my friends call me Queenie), I'm not a MasterChef nor have I ever been to a Cooking school, I am a home-chef. My kitchen is where I learnt, practiced and cooked most of my Vietnamese food for my beloved family. Being born and raised in the central region of Vietnam, my childhood was deeply connected with the notoriously spicy and impeccably served food of that area. Influenced by the legacy of the imperial city, where food was carved into intricate shapes to impress the Nguyễn emperors. So as you can see, my food is stronger and more flavourful than any other restaurant in Tokyo perhaps.

Why do I call my Kitchen "Beni"?

Beni is a short called of BEtonamu & NIppon, my first and second hometowns.
